Ana Ramos
Founder + President

Ana currently lives in Miami Beach and can be found each morning, doing her meditation and aligning her energies to focus positivity into the lives she encounters each day.
Ana has over 25+ years in organizational and financial service experience starting early in her career in hospitality and later blending in her financial acumen and unique perspective into situations. She has many prestigious recognitions into the work she does, often volunteering to speak to incoming young members of society into the life of entrepreneurship. She has been a financial advisor for the past 15 years, ultimately blending her life experience into creating Amida World.
She carries immense energy and passion into everything she does. Her family lives in California and she can often be found at its fresh markets selecting beautiful produce, or walking along the beautiful California paths. You will always find a smile on her face and an interesting conversation.
Sibo Msizi

Meet Sibongile Msizi, affectionately known as “Sibo,” a seasoned professional with a knack for blending customer experience mastery with operational finesse.
With a solid background as a former Customer Experience and Compliance Ambassador, Sibo has honed her skills in navigating complex regulatory landscapes while ensuring seamless customer interactions. Her career highlights include adeptly minimizing client complaints and ensuring franchise-wide compliance, a testament to her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Armed with a qualification in Financial Information Systems, Sibo brings a unique blend of analytical prowess and strategic acumen to Amida. Sibo‘s work philosophy is anchored in customer-centricity, continuous improvement, collaboration, integrity, adaptability, and results orientation.
Outside the (virtual) office, she finds solace in culinary adventures and relaxation, drawing inspiration from her family as a constant reminder of her purpose: to continually strive for excellence in both her professional endeavors and personal life.
NOLU LUPUWANA
Project Manager
Meet Nolu Lupuwana, a dynamic project leader passionate about turning ideas into structured, outcome-driven initiatives that create lasting impact.
Nolu brings a diverse career background spanning financial services, compliance, and entrepreneurship. As Project Manager at AMIDA Wealth Advisors, she plays a key role in supporting operational delivery and client-focused innovation. She previously served at the South African Revenue Service, where she worked across service consulting and debt compliance, helping individuals and businesses resolve complex tax matters and maintain regulatory alignment. Her earlier tenure at SA Home Loans saw her grow from administrative support into a Mortgage Broker role, where she was recognised for excellence and contribution.
She holds a qualification in Financial Planning and has developed a strong foundation in business analysis, generative AI and stakeholder engagement. She leads strategic projects across the arts sector in South Africa, guiding creatives and organisations through planning, coordination, and business development initiatives. Nolu is motivated by work that contributes to growth, transformation, and sustainable value, bringing a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every project she leads.
Deirdre Moore
Brand + Culture Strategist
Meet Deirdre Moore, a dynamic change agent passionate about building high-performing teams and companies.
With a rich background in international financial services, Deirdre has excelled in roles such as Benefits Manager at Morgan Stanley and Senior Human Resources Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Her strategic acumen and leadership skills have been instrumental in her roles as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Brand Officer at Just Property Group Holdings, where she streamlined operations and expanded the franchise footprint.
Armed with an Honours Degree in Psychology and extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, Deirdre is committed to transparent leadership, effective communication, and intentional talent management. Her work philosophy centers on fostering excellence through clear and measurable goals.
Outside the corporate world, Deirdre enjoys a quality lifestyle in Summerstrand, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), and leverages her dual British and South African nationality to travel freely. Her achievements, including recognition as a Top 40 Under 40 Achiever by the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber and over 200 published thought-leadership articles, underscore her dedication to personal and professional growth.

Meet Jessi Barron. The media space has been her passion, and she has always had the vision to positively make an impact in the most influential space – media! She obtained her BA in Media and Communication and, the following year, her BA Honours in Media Studies, with a specialization in Videography and Graphic Design.
She began her work as the social media manager during her studies, and also started her own photography business. She is now a freelance photographer and the social media content creator and video editor for purpose-driven companies like Amida.
When she is not working, you’ll find her singing, playing guitar, writing, watching movies, hanging out with friends, drawing, and going to the beach for sunset walks.
